Keep leather clean and dry—wipe gently with a damp cloth.

Apply a neutral leather conditioner every 6 months to maintain flexibility. We prefer Smith's Leather Balm.

Store away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent drying/cracking.

When will my order ship?

All items are handmade to order and ship from New Prague, Minnesota in the United States.

You can expect your package between 3–4 weeks after purchase, depending on workload and your customization choices.

Quantities are limited, and each item is handcrafted, so ordering early is recommended for event deliveries.

Do you take rush orders?

If you need a rush order (meaning you need your item shipped earlier than the date shown on the listing), please contact us before placing your order. We can’t always guarantee a rush turnaround, but We’ll do our best to make it possible.

Rush fees will apply and vary depending on the date you need the item by and how full our current work queue is.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept refunds on ready-made (non-custom) items only if they are returned in their original condition and have not been altered or customized.
Custom orders are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please contact us before opening a case through Etsy.
Cases should be a last resort, used only if all communication between you and the shop has failed. In most situations, we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly just by talking.
